“After qualifying as a personal trainer almost a decade ago, I’ve been lucky enough to work in a wide range of gyms and wellness facilities amongst a huge array of highly reputable professionals. Throughout my career I’ve amassed a wealth of knowledge of tried and tested methods to get consistent and sustainable results with my clients.
I specialise in fat reduction and muscle development in both male and female clients and have almost 10 years' worth of transformations to be proud of.

“My Names Greg, I am a personal trainer originally from Fife, Scotland. I have been training since about 2016, I first started training purely for the reason I was the smallest in my friend group. This lead me into enjoying the gym for a short number of years. In January 2019, I decided I wanted to do my first show and have a crack it. Predominantly because I wanted to set myself up with a goal for the new year.
One thing lead to another, and after the show that was me hooked. I then started to invest in myself further and hire a coach. Over the past 4 years I have worked with an array of different coaches, from basic PT's, right Upto IFBB Professional bodybuilders. I have plenty of different experiences and knowledge towards different aspects of both Training and nutrition.
From here, back in 2020 I knew I had basically built up a great fundamental base of knowledge and decided during Covid-19 I was gonna go off and Gain my Personal Training certificate. Post Covid my business sky rocketed and took off so fast I had to leave my full time job to pursue my workload. This then lead me to the North East to allow me to train from One of the best Facility's I could, and surround me with likeminded individual's in order to become the best version of myself, Ultraflex Durham.
This is where I met Chris, and from there he asked me to become a part of Body360. August 2022, I won the UKDFBA Northern County's in the busiest lineup of contestants they have had since the show started.
